Peregian

The next introductory day will be on Saturday the 17th of May 2008 at the Coolum/Peregian RSL Memorial Hall from 9 - 10am costing $15. Students will be introduced to the fundamental aspects of Astanga, sample some postures and have the oppurtunity to hang around after to see a class in progress.

We will be using the same day to offer you all our first Saturday Workshop Class and Brunch for 2008. So mark this date on your calender now. Saturday the 17th of May, 10 - 12pm costing $20 including some yummy delights after. The class itself will be a taught Primary series class open to all levels . Please see us at class or ring to book your spot, it will be a great way to start your weekend and enhance your weekly practice.
